This Thanksgiving weekend.......I made a ghetto but creative instrument! I got some of my very lovely old shoes that are sandals and i basically made something I called SHOAKERS!!!! They are like shoe maracas and they are one of a kind(: I got some little tubesss and I taped them to the shoe. They are filled with little beads, rice, beans, and some little random turtle from a necklace! Also to secure the SHOAKERS i got ribbon and I wrapped It around the shoe! IT looks ghetto..........BUT HEY ITS MY OWN CREATIVE INSTRUMENT! IT MAKES A PRETTY GOOD SOUND AS WELL:'D They also make me look way taller, so i like that about them. So thats all about my instrumentt!

MR.RICHARDS NEW WORKS
Last period in new works we started of with talking about lines. What are lines? How do we use them in our various art forms? We discussed how is cultivated here at BTW. WE use lines in my art theater when speaking. In visual art lines are used to show shape and form. In music you can have lines for notes and there are also lines connected to scales. In dance lines are shown in the body. We than participated in several activities such as an acting improvisation. It was full of comedy and quick thinking. It was fun to watch and proved to be one of my favorite classes. We were given a fun assignment to create a black ink drawing. Mine is really cute and I cant wait to show you all! BYE!!!!!
